Awry : Going to their historical low when company is sharing partnerships isn’t making sense to me. They also share good news when it is not on SSR like yesterday or potentially tomorrow. And institutions are buying warrants for the loss? Or they dilute stocks when they are close to dropping below $1 and put themselves to delist possibility? Something isn’t right

Awry : Did you find more information about their mixed shelf offer? It just says total money amount and no price for warrants. 800k shorts available and most I’ve seen was 400k in 2 months

Awry Trytosaveabit OP : I think it is not fake but either reiteration of the order for publicity (since MM is pushing it down regardless of news) or the previous agreement was non-mandatory which went through. That’s my read

Awry : I saw a couple of reports last week saying RVSN hired publicity companies that control stock news outlets. The order dates were april 2- april 3. If you give a week for preparation, it would align with today.
Main problem RVSN is having is not volume but holding the investors in. HTB doesn’t really affect because you can see buy and sell orders are tightly regulated even with 10k on each side to scare retail and chip away with spreads. Tough situation for you and me & don’t know what their strategy is

Awry : The problem isn’t running out of money if you have the product to sell. And they started to sell it by having these partnerships. Their problem is people are not treating the stock like an investment but a short play. That’s how MM can push the price drop

You said you had a brokerage and you raised money from angel investors. Are they too stupid to raise money? Or are they too stupid to expending their business in Europe and US, two top rail transportation markets?
The cash burn rate is preventing them to do share buybacks and lets MM regulate price. Do you have a comment on their product that they are selling?

Awry : I appreciate your experience and letting me know about KNDI! I respect why you not wanting to short stocks. My main argument is RVSN has a complete product to serve but price is pushed down. They are rapidly expanding their business to US & EU and their product is getting interest that doesn’t translate to price. I’m trying to understand the criticism to the company or their product

Awry : It’s a penny stock that doesn’t get much support from retail. There were 3 good news that didn’t increase. It is up to the MM’s will where it will go.
In long term it has potential due to AI & transportation, in short term only MM knows what will it do regardless of technical analysis
