SMCI was investigated on this issue once before. This time there is a terminated employee making claims, but it's not like the DOJ  didn't know about these allegations beforehand. This will end with SMCI paying a fine, but this stock will definitely rebound. Their servers are too important to the Ai infrastructure not to. Some individuals may have to step down, but the company and stock will rebound.
