JRDone OP : The critical factor is when the stock consolidation happens relative to the dividend declaration and payout. If the consolidation happens before the ex-dividend date, the dividend will be calculated based on the post-consolidation share count. If the consolidation happens after the ex-dividend date, it will be calculated based on the pre-consolidation share count.
