Considering your statement that quantum computing is not viable for another 20-30 years, yet you are actively recruiting for these roles, it seems contradictory.  Is your intent to undermine others while simultaneously pursuing ambitious goals?  Are you suggesting that NVIDIA's quantum computing initiatives are the only ones with potential for success within the next 20-30 years?
