Bloomberg cited sources reporting that the Mainland is preparing to introduce a new round of stimulus measures to assist in achieving a 5% economic growth target this year. Currently considering issuing at least 1 trillion RMB of sovereign debt for water conservancy projects and other infrastructure expenditures, which is expected to significantly increase this year's budget deficit far above the 3% upper limit set in March.
