$Tonix Pharmaceuticals (TNXP.US)$ VRTX drug just received FDA approval and was also designated fast track…it took 184 days. That puts an FDA approval date in April 2025 if TNXP follows that timeline. Extremely bullish comparison in my opinion.

$Tonix Pharmaceuticals (TNXP.US)$ so Feb 5th is the 1 dollar complance date…an RS has not happened either because they cant due to new rule or chose not to (I believe they couldn’t). Short volume and borrow rate is lower. Price has been steadily increasing and it seems to be a “healthy” increase. what is all this telling you as a retail investor?

$Tonix Pharmaceuticals (TNXP.US)$ will receive another 180 days to reach 1 per the new rule. They’ve met the other requirements necessary to allow this to take place. Thats why the shorts are gone and borrow rate is at an all time low. Maybe Jaquar08 can better explain.
