Amina28 OP 72783492 : Basically Ive been told that stocks with higj dividend yields are bad, which has been my consensus too, since researching stocks on the SGX filtered by highest yield, most of them showed really bad stocks or companies just on the downhill, but I came across one at 55% yield, a 7 cent stock with a quarterly dividend payment of 1 cent. And looking at the stock history its stayed roughly at that number for the last few years. So Im confused as to whether this is a good stock or a bad stock. the stock in question is FSL trust btw.

Amina28 GiddyBubz : Hi if you dont mind me asking, how did the OP come up with the estimate of 70 USD when NIO is currently at 10.49 and has never in the 5 year trend even come close to 70 USD. Its peak was 23.79

Amina28 : I just tried buying a paper stock of M44U, at 1.70 and throughout the day I saw that multiple times the stock had hit 1.70, 1.72 being the peak and 1.71 being he average however. the stocl order did not go through, therefore can I assume that the reason why it didnt go through was becaise there was no one selling the stock for that price? I used to assume that no matter what the stock price was at there was someone selling it for that, is tjere any way to tell from deduction at what price point might people sell a stock?
