$Applied Digital (APLD.US)$ my experience in the public company was that when you get a large finance deal, the due diligence required is extreme and detailed because the lender does not want to get stuck. obviously. this indicates to me as an outsider that this company is solid and we only have to wait until they sign some more deals and the stock will soar.
