All my reits investments are in losses now. Not sure how low the prices can go. interest rate goes up is bad for reits but reits are a good hedge against inflation. ?? Which is correct?? My conclusion is that when interest rate goes up, reits fall and fall. Not a hedge against inflation at all.

$OCBC Bank (O39.SG)$ has anyone received their ocbc dividends yet? It's supposed to come in by 20 May (today).

$UOB (U11.SG)$ dividends declared is $0.6 two times for today so we will be receiving $1.2 per each share? So far I only received 0.6 for my share.

From start of Market open till now, my order is still stucked in "submitting".
Ask Moomoo, they said they are handling the issue, no solution given.
As a online trading platform, this is quite unacceptable.
i have cancelled the order but now after 45mins, the Bought transaction order came in. Very disappointing.
