Columns What is blockchain?
To understand cryptocurrency, there is one concept that you couldn’t avoid ---blockchain
The simplest way of explanation, blockchain is a specific type of database.
A traditional database runs in a centralized organizing way that requires an administrator to manage and maintain all of the info. Blockchain orient its data in a decentralized way that requires no individual to manage. It simply structures all data into blocks that are all chained together in chronological order. When a block is filled, it would become immutable and formed as a part of its timeline. Each block would be given an auto-generated hash code as it becomes chained.

$Tesla(TSLA.US$ The China Passenger Car Association reported November electric vehicle sales Wednesday, with strong Tesla sales once again. Tesla stock rose Wednesday...
Tesla Shanghai sold 52,859 made-in-China Model 3 sedans and Model Y crossover SUVs in November, including 21,127 exported. In October, Tesla sold 54,391 China-made vehicles, including 40,666 for export. Most of those exports go to Europe. Tesla Shanghai exports most of its production in the first month of a quarter and much of it in the second month, such as November.
Tesla's upcoming Berlin factory is expected to eventually produce the bulk of Tesla's vehicles destined for European customers, starting with the Model Y. However, the plant's opening has been delayed several times. The shows Berlin will be in operation sometime in December, although the production ramp up is expected to be slow.

Value or Growth Stocks? Lots of investors have long argued the dilemma.
The so-called growth stocks have been through their hard time in recent days. High-flying growth stocks are bordering on correction territory.
Familiar names like $Palantir(PLTR.US$, $CrowdStrike(CRWD.US$, $Snowflake(SNOW.US$ $Salesforce(CRM.US$ etc.
When talking about disruptive innovation, the name that comes up to investors' mind must be "ARK". And it's been a dismal week for Cathie Wood's flagship fund, $ARK Innovation ETF(ARKK.US$ , that's left nearly all of her holdings in bear market.
ARKK fell 12.6% this week for its worst week since February. It dropped 5.5% on Friday.
Is this the sign that people are not in favor of growth stocks and disruptive innovation companies? Or maybe it's just because investors need something more solid fundamentally under the risk of Omicron? Would you comment down below and tell mooers about your thoughts?
