Trump will be spending billions to beef up US tech. data centers are still in demand. Funds sell becoz they think the dpu will drop, window dressing. yes, will drop for now coz tennants moving out. how else you going to buy cheap if they don't sell down. dpu will be back up later, then all rush in....all REITs behaves the same way.

centres could result in non-renewals over the next two years:
a) Tenant Vanguard has vacated 2000 Kubach Road in Philadelphia as its lease had expired
in Dec 24. The data centre generated gross revenue of S$8.2m and accounted for 1.2% of
