Kids, this is the reason this stock is drifting down. Not complicated and no real trickery, between the financing going on and some selling from insiders, it's clear as a bell. More sellers than buyers + downward trend. Most likley ATM financing along with short sales against future delivery for the ATM and release lock-up shares. We will see. If that gap closes I will probably come back in...
