BrentATreee OP : that moomoo finally updated their info to show the public offering of new shares that HEPA announced they did on January 22nd.

BrentATreee OP : and if you read their 8-k report that was released 2 days ago it say that they voted and approved the issuance of more shares of common stock and they approved doing a r/s sometime this year if needed and at what time they decide to do the split is up to the board of directors.  which basically means they can do a r/s whenever they want and that they also plan to issue new shares and dilute their stock

BrentATreee OP : after it hits bottom theres usually a decent run up in a stock from shorts covering the day or two before they announce the reverse split, and it falls back down the same day just as fast as it ran up.  So I’m wondering if yesterday was the run up or if the run is still yet to happen???

BrentATreee : Yup.  I noticed that also and that’s why I bought around 7:30pm for the past 2 nights and sold follow mornings after it spikes for really good profit!

BrentATreee : It was a total gamble type of play for me based on the pattern I was seeing each morning, like you described, but it ended up working out pretty good for me.  They also released news the last 2 mornings, ao that probably helped me out a lot

BrentATreee 74464217 OP : hmm….yeah whats up with that?  I checked market cap on webull a couple days ago and it matched same amount on thia app.

BrentATreee : The spread between bid and ask doesn’t seem to be like it would if the market cap was 10million. Seems to still be trading as if the market cap was 1 million in my opinion

BrentATreee browny_440 : I agree.  I would not be surprised if they release news right after lock up period is over and it runs so insiders can make their money.  Or if it just runs with no news after lock up is over, wouldn’t surprise me.
