US Banks will continue to perform well this quarter even with rate cuts of another 50 basis points. We must take note that almost every Presidential election year, the market n economy gets a boost from across both political spectrum so as to seek their return to power. The economy is the most important factor and having a tamed inflation gives more room for the economy to expand and bring more profits to the banking businesses. This bottomline supported better earnings outcome.
