At first half of july the market was quite green. I bought many shares.![]()
$EMCC (0286.MY)$ very red, Its like a roller coaster. Down more than 11%.![]()
$PA (7225.MY)$ a little less red than emcc, down more than 10%![]()
$Vanguard S&P 500 ETF (VOO.US)$ still green, but from up 4% to almost 3%
my p/l have been up around RM140. Around mid july, it started falling. Right now, its in the red territory.

$Mapletree Log Tr (M44U.SG)$ I have invested in reits for more than 10yrs. Reits are most sensitive to interest rate. So if you buy now, you need to be prepare to face share price dropping. Or you can wait for interest rate to start dropping. Either way there is no doubt MLT can go back to $2. Its just a matter of when. While waiting, we can still collect dividend which is more than 7% at this price.
