Lululemon has always been challenging my mental resilience.
Every time I buy, it drops, and then I buy again and it drops.
I went out for a walk over the weekend, and had a flashback.
1. Now that we are on the eve of interest rate cuts, I personally believe that once the interest rate is cut, people's purchasing power will be unleashed and consumer stocks will make a comeback.
2. Lululemon still has great potential for international expansion, but there is still a long way to go before it reaches its full potential.
3. The pricing/quality of Lululemon should be almost invincible. If you think it's expensive, it's your problem. Others always talk about cheaper alternatives, saying Lulu is going to fail.
In business, there will always be someone cheaper than you, and there will always be other competitors.
The recent downward adjustment is due to other investment banks lowering Lulu's target price, which has nothing to do with its fundamentals.
The current PE is at its lowest point in nearly a decade, which is somewhat unbelievable. Is it going to collapse?
I just want to use this post to remind myself to focus on long-term goals, ignore other noises, and just wait for the return of the east wind!
