I’m fucking over this shit. At this point, I have to believe that AA has a plan, if not he’s a punk as shill and he will get his. I do not like reverse splits as the ones I know of ended up tanking even more however, we blocked AA in the past and it didn’t help us. Thsi time I’ll just say yes and see what happens. Obviously NFA and make up your own mind. I’m only talking about the reverse split here, not any other issues or proposals.
My rationale:
1.Will not cost AMC holders anything in any way as long as your count is divisible by 10; even if it’s not, I assume you get cashed out for the “remainder.”
2.I have to think that any changes to the share count, as this will accomplish, require compensatory actions by short sellers and other issuers of arcane derivative...
