Condo rents have reached new heights in April after it rose 2.3 per cent during the month. This is the 16th consecutive month of grow!!! And year on year, rents increased 15.1 per cent compared to April 2021.
I always fancy Condo for its good facilities, now im thinking maybe i should consider the alternatives??
Can someone explain what are the pros & cons among HDB flat and private property please?
$Grab Holdings (GRAB.US)$ $Sea (SE.US)$ $SIA (C6L.SG)$ $FTSE Singapore Straits Time Index (.STI.SG)$ $PropNex (OYY.SG)$

As the interest rate rise, the jostle for deposites has also begun.
Banks in Singapore have launched a series of fixed deposit promotions in the past month.
People always say you're alreay losing money due to inflation if you're not invested. But the market situation is not good, I don't really want to invest right now. So what should we do?
$FTSE Singapore Straits Time Index (.STI.SG)$ $SGX (S68.SG)$ $OCBC Bank (O39.SG)$ $UOB (U11.SG)$ $DBS Group Holdings (D05.SG)$
