selling is strong because they are a horrific company. I took a quick glance at the amended $100M registration statement. Looks like they may have removed the minimum market cap that they previously stated in order to sell. I don't have time but I will read it later more thoroughly. Wondering if the massive volume last week one day was a short against future distribution, either way we are screwed.

$Golden Heaven(GDHG.US)$ These assholes have just issued an S-8 and a notice of 144 sale that will basically cause a complete dilution of almost double. The free float which was very manageable is now double. So I'm sure it will go ballistic ( that's sarcasm if not recognized.) on top of that the company or its IR team does not respond to shareholder questions sent to them. The just announced 6-K and SC 13D filings give us a clue as to what's really up. The recent abrupt resignation of the former CEO was always very suspicious after the announcement of the share buy back. Now with the announcement acquisition of her shares for .30, that should be a clue as to what's going on behind the scenes. Let's see.

Dropping because there are more sellers than buyers. I mentioned a few weeks ago we will be "pennied to death" and we are being that. Level 2 is weak and there is very little support.
Until management comes out with some solid news and some quarterly reports showing the decline in operations has reversed, we will drift up a little and down a little. for such a low float stock it makes no sense to see the way it trades. the float turns over weekly, so it actually doesn'...

never saw a stock with only supposedly 11M float trade so much daily and go nowhere ( either up or down). Makes no sense. would be good to hear from the new CEO something concrete. I doubt there really is a $6 Mil buy back. Would like to see some clarification. Still long and hoping.

$Golden Heaven(GDHG.US)$ looks very Shakey. we are going to be "penny'd" to death. Went long around .50 thinking there would be a bounce back at some point. Where is all the cheap stock being sold coming from? If the free float is true then the volumes don't make sense as far as keeping it low. where is the $6M but back, clearly that's not in process.
