LOL let's calm down now people! Let's not forget that this "rocket ship" has flown all the way back to .11 pre-split!
Nothing will happen until we get concrete news about any of the drugs under consideration or something like a distribution deal etc. Has to be real and concrete news not more fluff about , investor conferences or hiring of employees.
I will stay long with pre-split shares I bought and didn't sell, only because I made good money trading ...

I see the buys vs sells starting to even out so came back in for a trade @ .265. We don't know where the ATM offering is standing and as I said in the past until that massive dilution finishes the brokerages doing the ATM control the markets and levels. The reason im treating it as a trade only and lot long term is the history of what managment has done in the past and, in my opinion reverse split that will happen at a later date. it's hilarious to me with all these comments about " should be $6.00" " why is it not going to the moon" etc, etc. Some people do not understand that the placement agent for the ATM is selling up to another $130 Million of shares? This is what active dilution looks like. At this moment for 1st time in several days we have a roughly 3-1 ratio of buys vs. sells 12.4 million buys to 4 million sells. Normally this ratio would cause the share price to increase, in this case it won't because we have an overhang of several 100 million shares being placed in the ATM offering. As I stated Friday I am out with almost a double at the moment, will probably watch and trade a bit. A little factual DD for all. Here is the amendment to the prospectus as filed about 3 hours ago. Note the already 363 MILLION shares of dilution already sold. Do the math and you get an idea of the further dilution ahead. Another $110+ million dollars to go, so approx 200 Million more into the float.
