Not sure why there are that many non-renewal as relocating DC is a cost and time consuming exercise, the easiest way probably is to move to Cloud that the company do not need to own infrastructure. Not sure how's the DC Market in US if its bad the mgmt need to do something smart.

Captain Woon HappyGotLucky : No, I don't think MIT runs any cloud themselves unless their client support this. For cloud I'm more refer to Amazon, Google and Microsoft and they own their DC and surely not leasing from MIT so it's a losing business.

Captain Woon HappyGotLucky : They all built their own for long, smaller one they may choose leasing but may not be for Cloud purpose. Say Google in Singapore the first own built DC already more than 12-15 years ago, 2nd one also done 4-5 years ago and 3rd one is progressing. All build on their own. Now they are in Malaysia doing the same as Singapore is limited for DC space and power.

Captain Woon : Today jump even more than what analysts estimated or approaching the higher side, really surprise if this continues to go up. Interestingly a lot of counters now only jump the next day after earning reported, think its banks/brokers giving higher adjustments triggered the big buyers.

Captain Woon : Who says SGX no volatility?

Captain Woon : I think it started to be overvalued, look at the dividend yield pretty low and SGX is not really a growth stock in the past, unless it can really do a turnaround...hopefully.
