1. Setia Federal Hill: This is a large mixed development project located on Jalan Bonsar in Kuala Lumpur. The first phase is expected to be launched in the third quarter of 2024. The total Gross Development Value (GDV) of the project is 1.4 billion Ringgit, and it will include residential and commercial developments.
2. Industrial Park Development: SP Setia is aggressively developing industrial parks in 2024, including Setia Alam in Shah Alam, Tanjung Kupang in Johor, and Setia Fontaines in Penang. The total GDV of these projects exceeds 6 billion Ringgit. The development of the industrial parks is expected to bring stable income to the company in the next 5 to 8 years.
3. Casaville Project: This is a sustainable residential project located in Semenyih, Selangor. The total GDV of the project is 50 million Ringgit and it is expected to be completed in 2026.
