$TAL Education(TAL.US)$ Agree that this stock is a long play. TAL is the market leader in the private tuition space. Need to understand the Chinese culture to see why in spite of the reported tighter regulation (which is a good thing), the private tutoring sector will never fail in China. I will make 2 points why.
Firstly, Chinese parents only want the best for their children and are ultra-competitive to find ways to enrich their children's education - believing this will give them a stronger footing in life and its the parents' obligation to do so.
