Let's ring out the old and ring in the bright new 2023! Happy New Year!
On the same day last year, we invited you to write down some goals ( to review what you've written). Do you remember what goals you set last year? Did you achieve them? Are there any memories coming to your mind? What new insights have you gained over the year?
Today, we'd also like to invite you to set your goals for 2023, but this time, in tercet form!
We'd like you to...

Even with another part of the U.S. Treasury yield curve flashing recession signals, U.S. stocks aren't necessarily doomed to fall in 2023, according to James Paulsen, chief investment strategist at the Leuthold Group.
A usually reliable recession indicator appeared about a month ago, when the 10-year Treasury yield fell below the 3-month bill rate. As of last Friday, the 10-year yield was at 3.55%, while the 3-month rate w...

decisive Pumpkin_276 : Oh my, 2022 was a disaster! Time to renew lease before that could happen landlord decided to sell house an move out of state, so we went to a hotel in May. Staying in hotel trying to find a place is not easy even using membership points it was hard. Then being evacuated due to hurricane Ian to my mothers. Ian was supposed to hit Wed but came Thurs, when my mother came in saying her baby brother has past away, my favorite uncle, might as well say the only man I looked too as my father, my best friend is no longer here! I truly couldn’t take anymore but the next day got call from hotel my truck was stolen! Now Laying my sweet uncle to rest, the next day getting a panic call from my sis and brother that they was just in accident with semi truck on I4, dragged 100feet by the monster and was able to walk away from it. That was my second vehicle, it was totaled! So Thanksgiving I’m frighten that my kids are going to lose everything we have in storage, it was a close one but I was able to at least get there belongings to them. I can honestly say I truly appreciate and love my baby’s, with everything they have always stayed humble and understanding, you don’t find in kids these days and even though no presents under the tree, we have each other, they had their stuff and was thankful just for that which was not a lot. Much sadness and heartache this year, moments of mentally breaking down, hard to do! One of them had a question or wanted to show me something that was funny to them that made me pull it back together. I’m so thankful for my kids and how they went through so much and had to sacrifice so much to conti to remain humble! So my goals for 2023 is not only have extra, extra cushion in bank as I thought I did, a vehicle, there is no bus line, never Uber or lift. Most important goal is to keep the humbleness, gratefulness & thankfulness my kids showed to me even when it was the worst of times.
