detro996 AlphaWolf01 : isn't it crazy how these people are so busy watching buildings burn and planes fly around that no one did a simple search on what a 144A bond is and they seemly don't have a clue they were just diluted to the tune of 50 to possibly 100 mil shares. it blows my mind. detro996 : yes technically all moves are technical. But a breakout on a trend like which was formed over 206 days and 141 bars is rather huge.  In addition there is no real resistance above us.

detro996 : Part 1: He didn't come here to bash, he and I were having a conversation this morning and we were talking about how the powers that be have created a narrative around AMC to make everyone not only think it was the MOASS, but think GME was a has been. This I assure you could not be farther from the truth. He was like pops I'm going to go post something. He wanted to warn people,  I'm like son you are wasting your time son. I'm not sure if any of you have read any of the DD regarding the celluar boxing or bust outs. But basically this is what was done to Sears, Bockbuster, Toysrus and many many others over the years. But they find a company struggling financially that typically has bad mgmt, they go in and provide what is known as vulture financing, they have a dealer or MM i.e. a company that starts with a C in this case, an inside guy via the CEO or in the offering of their financing they get a couple of board seats. They put strict debt covenants in place such that if you don't make a payment you are done. In GME's case this occurred in 2015, They were sure due to streaming GME was done. So once the bust out is in place they start ramping options on both sides of the trade and naked shorting it into oblivion  eventually getting the stock below 5 and no more inst buying below 5 and the company goes BK, naked shorts never cover, free money. Plus they didn't even bother borrowing the shares they shorted. In GME's case, Michael Burry, look him up if you don't know who he is and scion capital owned 8 mil shares. Burry knew what was going on so he  sends a letter to the board when the stock was trading at 6 and demanded they used 250 million of their 450 mil on hand to buyback 40 mil shares I thinkit was. This was done in 2019 and was technically the 1st strike for hedgies. Didn't matter so they kept shorting through the end of 19 and all the way through 2020, then in about July of 2020 WSB and DFV were being born on reddit and he was sure the company could turn it self

detro996 : Part 2: GME is the very first company to ever turn around from a bust out. Vulture financing out all debt paid off 1.7 bil in cash and 4D chess player at the helm. It is now just a matter of time before they have to attempt to do the impossible and that is cover synthetic positions going back to 2015. Retail owns the float at least twice and the estimated shorts, well you take a look at the volumes leading up to now from 2015, perhaps even 2014. Which brings us to AMC, they as we speak are in the middle of a bust out, AA is their guy, he is on the board of Apollo Investments and guess who owns Apollo, well its a market maker that starts with a C, so  you guys come along and by the time you do AMC is at 4, their bust out was near the end But you guys gave them the ability to live another day or year or however long. But you help the  company raise 1.8 bil in cash, via dilution. The CEO wanted to do it again, but you guys stopped it, awesome job. However the offering  went directly to hedgies, they are long on your stock and perhaps still short. Nothing they can't handle  I promise you.  So instead of your CEO being smart about the new found monies and doing something like paying down the estimated 450 million in back rent and leases on theaters, hell he wants to do acquire more theaters when the jury is out on that being a successful  model in the streaming age. Why, because the vulture funds are first in line as senior debt holders and the whole purpose of a bust out is to bankrupt it and sell the pieces, so keep in mind the 450 mil in back rent and that is estimated, but he is burning through 300 mil a qtr and needs over

detro996 : well 41% of the company is owned by insiders and we can hope an additional institutional ownership increases and is increasing as we speak. There were 138 mil shares shorted as of the 15th of Jul
but I think they may have covered. but if not there is a squeeze coming
