$Amazon (AMZN.US)$  True 90% of my portfolio has stocks with divys, but 10% is in non divys stocks . I trade non divys stocks differently then divys stocks .  I'm in this one at 95. AMZN is the largest e-commerce company in the United States and the largest cloud computing service provider globally. I think there stock price is at a position that has removed alot of risk from the table . I also believe that out of all the big mega companies Amazon is in a lower risk position as we get into 2023....
I'm in at 76.32. This is another non divy stock. I dont have very many considering 90% of my portfolio is in stocks with dividends. But I think they will be strong in 2023. Look at there performance for the last year, then measure that up to what type of year we had. This also adds diversification to my portfolio , because I don't have anything in this space.  This one is also getting alot of positive talk on the street and that helps. Finally take a look at there performance and do some due ...
$TriplePoint Venture Growth BDC (TPVG.US)$  This one's on my radar, one of the companies they invest in went bankrupt . In the last month they have dropped 18%. They have been giving out  .36 quartly divdend for years . Plus some years like this one they give out special divy's. I think at it current price level alot of the risk has been removed. Although  starting a small position here at 10.43 , would be ok because 10.43 is a good price to pay for a solid divdend of  .36. But I think in the cu...
$Bank of America (BAC.US)$  I'm in at 34.13. I remember when Warren bought this for 7 or 8 . Anyway, the divy is small but I think the risk is low, too. I can also honestly say that valuation seems low. I listen to the ceo on CNBC today, he calling for a mild recession , with unemployment maybe hitting 5%. I agree with his views on the macro environment , and was happy to hear that Brian  was taking steps to prepare  . With that being said I need some financial positions in my portfolio to add d...
$Easterly Government Properties Inc (DEA.US)$ ok here's the story on this one. Easterly runs a REIT which focuses on the government and its agencies as tenant, focusing on mission-critical buildings. It has a quarterly dividend of 7.33. I think this one was beaten down by the current macro environment, , aka the feds. I think there's very little risk owning it at it's current price level . I have a buy order set at 13.90.
$Cornerstone Strategic Value Fund Inc (CLM.US)$  Today I will use CLM as an example of how I profitably average down in a declining market. But I do use this strategy for many other stocks like oxcl, jepq, qyld, occi, gecc, usoi, etc. I have been using this method more recently. I am asked on more than one occasion why I don't just buy once when I think the stock has reached the bottom instead of buying when it simply declines by a few percentage points. For example, why buy CLM for 7.23 when later y...

$UBS AG Etracs Crude Oil Shares Covered Call ETN (USOI.US)$  I like USOI, I really like USOI, and I will explain why. I also like covered call ETNs, because this ETN really performs well in this type of marco environment. I also love dividends, and this one has historically given out between 12 to 20%. I also like to see my money come in monthly, and this one does pay monthly. In the short run, USOI offers an exceptional opportunity to participate in the crude markets. I can't say I ...

$Blackstone (BX.US)$ BX is a strong company with a variable yield of 6.6% today but has averaged a 4.1% yield over the last five years. It's growing at 9% to 10%, a rate that might be sustainable for many years.
BX offers a 20% annual return potential over the next three years and a 150% total return potential over the next five years. It could potentially deliver 13% to 17% total returns and income growth for decades. Strong companies have been beaten down this last year, and this is one of the...
$JPMorgan Nasdaq Equity Premium Income ETF (JEPQ.US)$ $JPMorgan Nasdaq Equity Premium Inc ETF I like jepq; I'm in at 40 87. The nav is 42.43 and has a dividend yield of 16.62%. Its top 4 holdings are MSFT 10%, AAPL 8.8%, GOOG 6.6%, and AMZN 5.6%. It has a low etf expense of 0.35. Even though this is a new income etf for JPMorgan, I think Hamiton Reiner, Eric Moreau, and Andrew Stern are doing a pretty good job considering the current macro environment; they have years of experience, if not de...
