Class A Preferred Stock (MMTLP.US)$ back in March they filed forn 10-k with the sec, there you can find all the risks fsctors of holding onto this class A Preferred stock. yes they owe us dividend payment from torchlight assets, but its not guaranteed that we getting it. investing is a risk. atleast be informed to help you understand whats going on and to make better decisions.
