The concept of pre-market demon stocks refers to stocks with the largest increase in the Featured Lists before the market opens, which often experience a very good increase before the market opens, allowing investors to lock in profits and exit before the market opens, making it very suitable for Asian & Oceanian investors who need to sleep at night.
However, there is a very high risk in grabbing the pre-market list, because the stocks that can be grabbed generally start with a 30% increase, and some are only discovered when they have increased by 50%-60%. If they do not continue to rise after entering the market, the extent of the retracement alone can be very uncomfortable for participants.
Therefore, in the selection of stocks and the timing of intervention, it really tests the stock pickers.
First, let's talk about investment advice.Because the risk of catching pre-market speculative stocks is very high, I recommend focusing on buying stocks that can be held for a long time. Only use a small amount of capital to participate, so that if you lose, it won't be too difficult, and if you win, you'll be happy.
Next, let's discuss stock selection.Basically, there will be a theme or direction of speculation each day, such as quantum computing, AI, and there will also be some individual stocks that may suddenly surge, like LITM, NITO. These stocks will generally emerge in the short term before the market opens, so even if you don't prepare in advance, you don't have to worry about missing out. (Special attention should be paid to avoiding pharmaceutical themes that surge before the market opens, as this type of theme can also be deceptive.)
