$DoubleVerify (DV.US)$
DoubleVerify presented a somewhat interesting yet perplexing Q4 and 2024 Earnings Reports. Revenue increased, profits looked good, but the growth guidance for 2025 raises some concerns.
First, looking at the positive side, Q4 revenue was $0.191 billion, an 11% year-on-year increase, with total revenue for the year at $0.657 billion, up 15%. Net income reached $23.4 million, and adjusted EBITDA profit margin hit a record 39%. There are plenty of business growth points, with supply-side revenue surging 34%, CTV (Connected Television) measurement transaction volume skyrocketing 95%, social platform measurement revenue rising 27%, and international market measurement revenue also performing well, with EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) up 25% and APAC (Asia-Pacific) up 18%. Additionally, DV has a $0.2 billion buyback plan, demonstrating management's confidence in the company's future.
Now looking at the challenges, MTF (Measurement Transaction Fees) declined 5% year-on-year. Although MTM (Total Measurement Transactions) grew 14%, there is evident pricing pressure. What's even more concerning for the market is that the guidance for 2025 is somewhat conservative: expecting revenue growth of 10% (lower than the 15% in 2024), and the adjusted EBITDA profit margin might decrease to 32% (compared to 33% in 2024). This has made investors anxious...

Dear stock investors,
If there's 1 company that you want to get exposure in semiconductor and AI, it's ASML.
This is by far 1 of the 3 stocks that I am confident to own for the next 10 years.
Reason? It's THE most important company in the whole world.
And demand is growing every single year due to technology advancement and AI.
Watch my video now while ASML is still undervalued.
$ASML Holding (ASML.US)$ $NVIDIA (NVDA.US)$ $Palantir (PLTR.US)$

$Mapletree Ind Tr (ME8U.SG)$ For my S Reits portfolio, I went through profit $11K to now loss $16k. It is hard for me to go through this set back. Probably, I must hold on till interest rate starts to fall to low level again. Within next few years, this likely won’t happen. Trump’s policies are inflationary and I see more pains ahead. Nevertheless, anything can happen and I just hope that S Reits can have sunny days again

$Adobe (ADBE.US)$ Indeed, it is a buying opportunity, close to the 52-week low and the moat is quite strong. I believe in the AI trend after all, no one knows their products better so I am not worried 😏
