traders probably like volatility. in this kind of man inflicted volatility by Trump, i do not see it is proper to risk one’s precious capital into chasing more return, of which the treasury bill has already offer up to 4+% return with capital protection. if one’s hand is itchy, i would recommend to buy options to test one’s reading of market which could be a very useful training ground to profit from volatility.
