The drop in the bond yield and in spot oil prices today will make bank stocks like $Citigroup (C.US)$ $Wells Fargo & Co (WFC.US)$ $Bank of America (BAC.US)$ fall even more. Bond yields are going to rise next year and unlike most equities, that benefits bank stocks. As for oil, $Chevron (CVX.US)$ $Schlumberger (SLB.US)$ $Exxon Mobil (XOM.US)$ are going to dip further today. Oil will rise big time next year.

the chat was riddle with short sellers clammoring "warrants , theyre gonna sell blah blah blah" .. stock dipped from 35 to 20 to 16... then the warrant expiry hit..
NOBODY SOLD (warrant holders)
Stock immediately went to like 60 bucks... then some cashed out.. its now 40 bucks

I feel there is an unrealistic expectation that $Lucid Group (LCID.US)$ will explode like $Tesla (TSLA.US)$ .
Right now there is enthusiasm because of $Tesla (TSLA.US)$ . It also won the Motor Trend Award, and the orders news was very positive. But that will wear off, and people will slowly continue to sell, (like they have) and finally at the end of January '22 the PIPE investors that are currently locked up will be able to sell. I think that will be the time to strike.
When they do another earnings call and update the orders numbers there could be another surge. If those numbers reflect that they are going to meet or exceed their targets. But I think there will be multiple surges and regressions with this stock in 2022. If they start to get the orders they want and can ramp up production to meet them then the price will get up around 60 and stay there. It might even go higher and then come back.
