S&P Ratings raises the outlook for $MEITUAN-W (03690.HK)$ to positive, as the food-delivery giant plans to narrow losses in its new business and better financial discipline could improve profitability and cash flow visibility.

Combination of 2 reasons:
Reason 1 on production capacity: As export is slow down or reduced, manufacturer maintain its product output to keep cost per unit low.
Reason 2 on competition: Buyer will turn to competitor if there is hike in price as supply is not a concern.
