Only use lump sum for big drops.
Use DCA regularly every month.

nowadays, not everyone has so much money for lump sum method. I prefer set an amount and use DCA method to invest monthly since Moomoo support fractional shares.

I personally think lump sum has risks. If I want to invest in Maybank, even though the Dividend Yield is 5.6%, what if it drops? I will put the lump sum into moomoo cash plus, enjoying 3%+ interest, and then gradually buy in using DCA either upward or downward.

What helped me make my trading decision was looking at the support level to determine my entry & resistance level to determine my exit. Looking at the inflow and outflow data also helps
