Whatever shares bought from the offering gets it closer to closing.it was around  100 million shares traded after the offering.no were at 400 million traded today.as long as we keep having volume the offering will close.it seems like it’s in the 6-7 cents area

Geezy305 : The way I was taught it many many years ago was when you buy a stock and have share with no sell order,they’re are able to still be used as liquidity in the market.for short sellers,etc.but when you do have a sell order,it’s basically off the shelf for liquidity in the market,because there’s a price on it.it’s now an order,instead of roaming free to be used .which will cause more pure buys.think if everyone has a sell order in a stock.the stock won’t move unless it’s a buy at sell order price .but of course the whole float would have to be locked
