Gerry Shen Simon 5183 : It's not certain, actually the demand for changing homes is being suppressed. Because the interest rates in the previous years were too low, everyone was reluctant to change homes. But once the interest rate cuts start, for every one percent decrease, there will be a 5% increase in the real estate supply rate. So from this perspective, interest rate cuts may not necessarily push up real estate prices.
