Some Mooers are forced to buy a car due to their work requirement or work location, while other Mooers may have the choice to take public transport to work if their workplaces are easily accessible to public transport.

Since young, I have been told by my teachers that a car is a depreciating asset. Besides road tax, parking fees, ERP and petrol/electrical costs, it needs regular maintenance and will require repairs at one point or another.
