The stock market has displayed 2 things: volatility and resilience.
We had a number of key and pivotal events in the US: banking crisis fear, falling inflation, rate cut by Fed, US Presidential election, unwinding of Yen carry trades.
Despite these, the S&P500 is sitting on more than 20% gain.

Trading activities are expected to be relatively muted during the week. Volume should be relatively low. But this also means a few big trades could move individual stocks significantly.

On a side note, investors will be hoping for a so-called Santa Claus rally to end 2024 on a high note. Santa rally refers to last 5 trading days of the year, and first 3 trading days of the new year.

Yesterday was quite a red day for me, wiping half of the profit of the month.
But I still have faith in $NVIDIA (NVDA.US)$. Glad that $Apple (AAPL.US)$ received positive response from launching its IOS 18.2.
