$Tonix Pharmaceuticals (TNXP.US)$ if this isn't able to get over $1 soon they will be forced to delist so if this doesn't start going back up by end of the day I'm getting out before I lose all my money I suggest all of you do the same I know some of us lost a lot but better to have some than lose everything. it also wouldn't surprise me if some of the big pharma people are paying money to keep these guys down because if they end up being compliant and get approved pharma will lose lots of money...

$Tonix Pharmaceuticals (TNXP.US)$ TNXP cannot do as RS until May 25 due to the new SEC rules. The sp must be over 1 by feb 5th so if it not over 1 by then thry will have to file a 180 extension so that new date will be Aug 2025 for 1. look it up yourself, there is absolutely ZERO chance an RS will occur before May next year
