bitcoin still good at this juncture...but be cautious always.
Can be useful. From experience, when the upper and lower bands are seen to be running horizontally like parallel lines, it tends to work well..

$Qualcomm (QCOM.US)$ hi guys, can someone help advise. QCOM is offering rights on 09/01, what is needed from stock owners in this case? I asked the service representative but he/she said will check and get back to me...but despite my reminder to get back to me, the conversation terminated. Rather disappointing

Never buy a stock that is fundamentally weak, to the extent it goes Chapter 11, that is when all your money are gone.
The real life story was that when I was totally new in stocks and a "smart" friend whose "intelligence" I trusted put forward (shared) an intelligent report that the investment gurus are as good as a chimpanzee when it comes to selecting stocks.
What followed was that I had many stocks that were delisted, in succession, throughout a period, losing money.
The report was very misleading because it presumed that the gurus and the chimpanzee each selected a stock, and trade it within a short period to determine success or failure. In all, my being naive was to be blamed.
The worst was that this smart friend had never traded stocks in his whole life, yet he talked like he was a pro.
That's life. Part of learning curve.
