Donald Trump with his announcement of merging his company with $Digital World Acquisition Corp(DWAC.US$ (DWAC), to challenge Big Techs like:
$Amazon(AMZN.US$
$Netflix(NFLX.US$
has caused a stir last week. DWAC stock prices have skyrocketed to close at $35.54 per share. Trump mentioned that he has plans for additional capital inputs to popularise their renamed company Truth Social.
Truly speaking, Trump has a huge group of "die hard" followers who can temporarily support his move, but are their financials sustainable to achieve his goal of defeating the more established renown social medias indefinitely?
Forgive me for predicting that most likely his company's stock will not be viable for long term investment goal. Trump has a strong backup in Patrick Orlando, CEO of DWAC. who is apparently a "wizard" in money management, but it is not that simple for the latter to flex his skills with Trump at the helm. Apart from the disadvantage of a lack of surplus fund that the other Giant techs command, there remains, the social stigma of associating with the former American President. The public will not forget the unfavourable stink associated with Trump, who is alleged of inciting the Capitol riots on two occasions. Besides that, he is potentially facing other criminal probes too.
Initially, the early investors may have good buying opportunities and reap the profits from acquiring the DWAC shares, who will trade on the Nasdaq under the symbol TMTC. Whereas, for long term goal it is still wise for an investor to eye this stock cautiously. Let's see whether Trump is able to wave his magic wand to deal a Trump Card with glee, in his so called dynamic flourish.

Double and Triple Tops
Understanding Double and Triple Tops:
As you become more comfortable trading and analysing charts you will come to notice formations known as “Double”(DT) or “Triple”(TT) tops. These formations are extremely common and are widely used by technical analysts to find entrance and exit points.
While a DT or TT is forming you will see the price action try and break through the previous high and fail. The price will then drop until more buyers enter and drive the price back up to test the previous high,
This back and forth with constant rejection at a fixed price point can be a sign that buyer interest is waning, (Conversely, a topside breakout is a sign that seller interest is subsiding) This is why the DT and TT are seen as TREND REVERSAL FORMATIONS. When the price breaks out of the current channel, in either direction, it often signals a trend reversal.
Retests and slight corrections (2nd chance)
After the initial breakout there will generally be what is known as a “retest”. A retest is when the price drops after the initial breakout and tests the previous resistance (Now the speculated support).
I use the next candle after the retest as my signal to enter if I missed the initial breakout. A candle reaching higher highs after the retest is a well established signal of a continued uptrend.

Always trust your gut feeling and buy when everyone is selling. Because the actions of other people should never decide the judgment of how you invest, and always remember this trick. You can only spend it once . So make it count.

Mega cryptocurrency exchange $Coinbase(COIN.US$ is about to launch one of the most highly-anticipated public offerings of 2021 so far.
The crypto marketplace, which some estimate could fetch an astonishing $100 billion valuation (though based on Coinbase's reference price, its valuation may be more in the $65 billion range), is set to begin trading tonight, but via a less-common process: the direct listing.
