My beliefs have ever since changed and now I see that we don't have to be the first to the party. Too often people get excited about a product and a great product does not necessarily mean a great stock.  One thing that I have learnt is to read the S1 filling. The potential risk of investing is as disclosed. And on best way is to maintain: all or nothing mentality. Maybe start by DCA a small portion 😜

The tech sector is definitely the winner since the pandemic. $Apple (AAPL.US)$ surged 82% in 2020 and has gained 10% in 2021. $NVIDIA (NVDA.US)$ more than doubled itself in 2020 and has advanced 68% in 2021.
However, I think these tech stocks are already too expensive. Well, I'm sure tech companies are the future. But it's not good timing to buy tech stocks. Everything is so expensive! I have no idea what I could buy.

Trading is hard and requires significant attention to detail. This detail is both inner (my psychology) and outer (the markets). While I understand that the market is a designed to fool and frustrate me, it gives me a landscape to construct and bet on price changes. Moreover, trading gives me a place where I and I alone are responsible for my trading results. I take pride in how I act and do not blame others for my financial misfortunes.
Trading is me versus the market, an amalgam of all characters from every corner on earth.  I compete against hedge fund managers, professional proprietary traders, farmers and amateurs like architects, doctors, MBAs, athletes, and students.
If I’m playing the game like I should, my reward is money. While I may have started trading “purely for the money”, it has evolved into something more.  I can trade full-time or supplement my income with trading.
