con of this method is unit have maximum profit which mean if the share continue up, u will only get your max profit when u operate. the other side, u also have max loss. u won't lose more than the price show when u operate.

1) Nope. option is just buying a contract. it will only be active on the due date.
2) This is the con of the vertical spread option. but it is safer as it has max loss as well.
