Hello everyone! As promised, here are my latest thoughts on the SREIT sector. I noticed the US 10 YR yield is not inversely correlated to SREITs at the moment. It may be temporary but honestly, nobody knows. We need to monitor. On the other hand, SORA rates seems to be lowering. Likely adding some upside support.
