There is only one shareholder of 1069 ( Huang Hou) formely know as Huang Xuefang. it is believed that she might have had conflicts with the new boards because she lended money to the company in August 2022. In may/june 2023 the company annouced a capital restructuring and stated that it wouldnt make any payment of paid up capital to its shareholders (Hou).

Ilchasky OP : Mate he is not Jeffrey I called the company he supposedly works for and the real Jeffrey has received hundreds of calls of people like me. The appropriated the companie and the persons. And most probably that is the same for all of the “gurus”, Professors and master miNds.
None of them are the real individual they clame to be.
They must be a factory somewhere (china/ Russia) trained in phycology tactics desig to make you feel confortable, gain trust and the tricking us into make some irrational decision.
