I have watched many investors of MARA desperate due to their own fault not understanding how this company is operated.
All of them are saying that the company dilute their shareholder secretly,

Many people seem thinking miner stock move linearly with BTC,
But they forget the engine to move both parties are totally different.
MARA,RIOT,CLSK all move together with the stock market index not with the BTC price,
