What Happened: $AMC Entertainment (AMC.US)$ announced consumers who purchase or reserve a ticket for “The Batman” at AMC locations by Feb. 14 and see the movie by March 6 will receive a free The Batman NFT.
The NFT comes in partnership between AMC and Warner Bros., a unit of $AT&T (T.US)$ .
Tickets have to be purchased or reserved on AMCTheatres.com or on the mobile app from the company. Tickets will be scanned inside AMC...

$Meta Platforms (FB.US)$ losing users because of dictatorial censorships ,genZers n gen Xers no longer trust meta...they want decentralize , blockchain kind of encryption while fb wants to monetize identities for ads, n aaple wants to monetize that segment too...now fb is forced to leave europe...so what value ll it hold for advertisers when it loses a third of the developed world. Meta have lose a third of its share price to make any sense.

The total cash flow for 5 years is 116.802 billion, with an annual growth rate of 46%. I used a very conservative discount rate of 8% and assumed 0% growth after 2022. Based on these assumptions, the intrinsic value now is 787.443 billion. If we calculate based on a total share capital of 2.722 billion shares, the share price should be 289.29. If we calculate based on 2.392 billion shares of outstanding shares, the share price should be 329.2. If there is a 1% annual growth after 2022, the market cap should be 8839.96. If there is a 2% annual growth after 2022, the market cap should be 10127.2. These are all very conservative numbers, and everyone can calculate their own share price. Even with 0% growth, the market cap should be around 7874.43, and the share price should have at least a 25% upside. Personally, I am very bullish on the share price reaching 400 in the future.
