Customer companies agreed to buy up shares in an effort to prevent each other from buying out the company down the line. The evaluation has been inflated due to this agreement.

$Arm Holdings (ARM.US)$ the 1.5 billion from licensing is particularly interesting. but 40 billion valuation is insane. they have remained stable from what I can see though. I'd like to buy in between the 10 to 20 billion area. otherwise it'll be a short from me.
