I have broken the trading rules several times in the last three weeks, and I clearly knew it was a mistake;
The market doesn't care who you are; as a result, you can only pay for it yourself.
The account experienced the biggest weekly pullback in history 👇
Reduction/Clearance:
$Sarepta Therapeutics (SRPT.US)$ (-0.5%) was added when breaking through on Monday, and the breakout failed on the same day. It fell below the stop loss on Tuesday, tried to remedy it once, and went out twice.
$Rocket (RKT.US)$ The position was cut by 1/6 twice on Monday and Wednesday. The response after the earnings report was good. It is the name with the best feedback this week among current positions.
$Palo Alto Networks (PANW.US)$ (-0.13%) closed below 50MA on Tuesday and exited as planned.
add:
$Direxion Daily Semiconductor Bull 3x Shares ETF (SOXL.US)$ Using VIX's turnaround time to buy on Tuesday, I actually got a profit of more than 25% on Wednesday. I was too greedy. I felt at ease with a profit of about 20%. I didn't set a stop loss after the opening of the day, then went to bed. After waking up in the morning, I found that all profits came back up, and it had turned into a loss. After the market, I retaliated to increase positions... (Does this sound familiar? This is a routine mistake most traders make: flat spread failure...

Small and Mid caps gapped down. Choppy market and volatile action continues ~ bear flag, pivot failure, fake and shake. Bank and high divi sector holding up KLCI, but for me ~ Cash is best until next! $FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI Index (.KLSE.GI)$

In a week of significant fluctuations, VIX's real volatility reached a new high since the bank crash in March 2023. Based on the experience of the past year and a half, I decided to delay making decisions on some individual stocks. I need to see the stock's performance when the actual volatility stabilizes (at least 3 days) to make a decision.
This week's deals 👇
Reduction/Clearance:
$First Solar (FSLR.US)$ (-0.36%) A normal stop-loss exit, a breakthrough after a pullback, and no trading volume support. Future decisions on similar trades need to be made earlier and more decisive, so that losses can be avoided/reduced, and account losses of 0.36% can be avoided.
$TG Therapeutics (TGTX.US)$ The stock price has risen 30% since the purchase point, and selling 20% of the original position protects profits and increases the fault tolerance rate in the future.
$Royal Caribbean (RCL.US)$ (+1.24%) Touched the upper edge of the channel upward again this week, so it was decided to sell the remaining half of the position and leave the market. It has been holding for a long time. The return is more than 4 times the original risk, and the account profit is 1.24%.
$Amazon (AMZN.US)$ (-0.2%) Normal stop-loss exit. In fact, a signal was given on the penultimate sixth day before the exit. It broke through the tight flag in the case of a large trading volume. I was still living in a fantasy and turned a blind eye 😅, and my account lost 0.2%.

$Robinhood (HOOD.US)$ (-0.3%) I was shaken out of the game again on Monday. Looking back at the whole process, the problem was already evident at the time of initial entry. The strength of the stock presentation was certainly very strong, but the entry point was not an excellent setting, and the probability of a secondary exit situation increased markedly.
$Royal Caribbean (RCL.US)$ It recovered quickly this week, showing strength on Tuesday, and has already obtained a profit of more than 3 times the original stop loss. I chose to sell half at that position to lock in some profit first, and raise the stop loss to the original purchase price. In this way, the guarantee will be 1.5 times the stop loss profit, and I can ride easily later.
$Blueprint Medicines (BPMC.US)$ (-0.2%) After a close range of breakout buying attempts, they were knocked out the next day.
$Kaspi.kz (KSPI.US)$ After the second buying breakthrough last week, there were no immediate results. Considering that its 50-day average daily trading volume was only 260K, it was cut in half this Wednesday, the stop loss remained unchanged, and the risk was reduced to < 0.1%, so it would be much easier to hold.
$Elanco Animal Health (ELAN.US)$ (-0.35%) “Trust your stop loss, not your stock”

$Carvana (CVNA.US)$...

Last week in review 👉🏻Market Review+Position Analysis (20/05-24/05 2024)
“History clearly shows that almost every superstock was in a clear upward trend before rising sharply. In fact, 99% of stocks traded above the 200-day moving average before a sharp rise, and 96% traded above the 50-day moving average.” -Mark Minervini
A quick review of this week's markets:
$NASDAQ 100 Index (.NDX.US)$ Fundraising on Tuesday, distribution on Thursday, disagreement on Friday;
$S&P 500 Index (.SPX.US)$ Divided on Tuesday, distributed on Wednesday and Thursday, and attracted on Friday;
$Dow Jones Industrial Average (.DJI.US)$ It is distributed on Tuesday, distributed on Thursday, and attracted on Friday.
NDX>SPX>DJI.
Another wonderful week, summed up in one sentence: capital has baptized participants in inertial thinking again and again (history is always repeated, and the mentality of market participants has always been the same);
This is why trading requires a system, rules, and circumvents all emotions as much as possible;
At the same time, the market also brought us a layer of high-quality filters, so you can gradually see who are the flowers and who are the weeds in the garden.
NDX and SPX weekly charts:
The area around 10MA was backtested at the same time, and in a very short time...

Since trading is quite active this week, there are many orders, so putting them together separately doesn't take up much space for weekly position analysis.
$DraftKings (DKNG.US)$ Stop loss is out. (-0.3%)
$Applovin (APP.US)$ An attempt was made to chase the leader at 10MA on Monday and was knocked out on Wednesday. (-0.3%)
$Pegasystems (PEGA.US)$ On Friday, I saw that it had fallen below the three moving averages. Although the stop loss was not reached, it was manually cleared out early (-0.28%)
$Spotify Technology (SPOT.US)$ The fraudulent position broke through the purchase and has not shown much strength yet. Keep watching. Relative account risk: 0.3%
$Western Digital (WDC.US)$ I bought a 2T VCP breakthrough on Thursday, and now it is back within the range. Continue to observe. Relative account risk: 0.3%
$Signet Jewelers (SIG.US)$ I bought a 4T VCP breakthrough on Friday. Currently, it is barely near the breakout line. Continue to observe. Relative account risk: 0.3%
$GE Vernova LLC (GEV.US)$ Electricity and energy IPO stocks, breaking through the buying flag, and the price and trading volume responded well. Relative account risk: 0.3%
$Crocs (CROX.US)$ The handle of the teacup broke through the purchase,...
