JC1616 OP 102524507 : I shorting it, this news doesn’t worth for 40% rise, it is just an announcement from SMCI but not from the authorities. Like I am saying sorry to you, you are the one deciding if you accept my apology.
It still need to wait from the approval from the authorities, to wait the new auditor BDO to check if they can issue clean opinion, to wait the financial report to be approved by all parties, this is a long journey for SMCI
Before this news, it only worth less than 50 dollars
