$PayPal (PYPL.US)$ $Pinterest (PINS.US)$ PayPal Holdings Inc. is exploring an acquisition of social media company Pinterest Inc., people with knowledge of the matter said, Bloomberg News reports.
San Jose, California-based PayPal has recently approached Pinterest about a potential deal, the people said, asking not to be identified because the talks are private. The companies have discussed a potential price of around $70 a share, which would value Pinterest at roughly $39 billion, one of the people said.
Some interesting questions:
1.What is the potential synergy between these two companies?
2.What is your price target for Pinterest? (Disclosure I'm a bagholder at $75).
3.This seems clearly like a planned leak. What is this leak trying to achieve?
4.Are there better companies for acquisition of Pinterest?
5.What is your long term view of Pinterest?

I believe we should not let the best of our emotions get to us. Definitely we will have emotions as we are all human, the ups and lows brings us joy and sorrow.
But how do you manage this emotions?
1. Always put your strategy first and stick to it. Do not trade when emotions run high as it won't turn out good. If you have sold it early and see the trade shoot up by 50% more, remember just tell yourself you have profited and will learn.
2. Write down what went wrong or what went right on the trades you have gone through.
3. Always ensure you have enough to play and not gambling away the last money you need to pay for your house loan or car loan.
4. In "Doubt" don't buy.
Thank you for reading and do share how you curb your emotions. ...

Who hasn't heard of Warren Buffett—one of the world's richest people, consistently ranking high on Forbes' list of billionaires? He is probably best known for being one of the world's most successful investors.
Do you want to be the next Warren Buffett, or Wall Street analyst?
Best to start where you are

The U.S. stock market’s ten-year bull market saw the largest increase in the medical industry, so I chose a medical stock to invest in it. I didn’t expect blind cats to run into dead mice. That time they made 80% of their full positions.
How long can I earn after work?
Then, of course, my self-confidence began to swell, and I felt that I was the world's stock god. The stocks I like will rise, and the ones I don’t like will fall. It’s fun to chase the rise and kill the fall.
In less than a year, I lost nearly half of my principal. It was also from that time that I discovered that the money made by luck in the stock market would eventually be lost again because of my lack of strength.
No matter how long we are in stocks, we are still just students in front of the market. The so-called freedom of retraction is nothing more than self-entertainment; the fear of the market is the eternal truth.
