The company has low debt, NAV and dividend payout supported by Grade A investment properties in HK, SG and PRC. Bear in mind that developer is capital intensive business, a yield of 5% is considered good. Dividend never lies…you need to have cash in the bank to pay out dividends consistently. Many ‘companies’ have good accounting profits but never pay dividends….ACCUMULATE when price dips....

In my opinion they are useful indicators to measure market sentiment changes and decide buying selling opportunities.
